Discussion:

On January 26, 2005, USEC announced that Russ Starkey, Paducah General Manager, is being promoted to replace Morris Brown, Vice-President Operations, who is retiring. Mr. Starkey will assume his new job in USEC Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, by the end of February and will be responsible for production-related activities and operations at USEC's plants in Paducah, Kentucky and near Portsmouth, Ohio. Mr. Starkey has served as the Paducah General Manager since 2001. Mr. Starkey will be replaced by Steve Penrod, who has served as the Paducah Plant Manager since 2001. Mark Keef, Manager of Production Support at Paducah, will replace Mr. Penrod as Plant Manager.
