Reference: Morning Report H-2004-0017, dated September 3, 2004, Subject: Part 21-2004-0020-00 - Non-Conservative Safety Limit Minimum Critical Power Ratio

On September 29, 2004, GE Nuclear Energy (GENE) submitted a follow-up report confirming its preliminary identifications of a reportable condition for the Nine Mile Point Unit 1, Fermi, FitzPatrick, and Cooper nuclear power plants. GENE also completed evaluations for 25 other nuclear power plants and confirmed its preliminary screening results that these plants do not have a reportable condition.
