The licensee completed reactor protection system testing and is making preparations to enter Mode 2. On March 9, 2003, the plant re-entered Mode 3 after the licensee determined that there was a need to re-calculate the estimated critical rod position/boron concentration. NRC inspectors evaluated the licensee's follow-up actions and determined that the actions were appropriate.
