Discussion:

Mr. Thomas Coutu, Kewaunee Site Vice President, announced the following plant management changes which will be effective September 2, 2003, at the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant. Mr. Kyle Hoops, current Plant Manager, has been appointed to the position of Director of Site Operations, and will continue to report to the Site Vice President. Mr. James McCarthy, current Operations Manager, will become the Plant Manager. Mr. Kevin Davison, current Training Manager, has been appointed as the Operations Manager. Mr. Walter Hunt, has been selected as the Training Manager. In addition, Mr. Craig Chovan, has been selected as the Outage and Scheduling Manager.
