Discussion:

On July 28, 2003, AEP announced the resignation of Mr. Joseph Pollock,   
D.C. Cook Site Vice President, effective Friday, July 25, 2003. Mr.      
Pollock's duties will be shared between Mr. A. C. Bakken, Senior Vice    
President - Nuclear Generation and Mr. M. Finissi, D.C. Cook Plant       
Manager, until a replacement is named.
