retire, effective February 1, 2004. FENOC Executive Vice President Gary  
Leidich will become President and Chief Nuclear Operating Officer        
effective September 1, 2003. Until his retirement, Saunders plans to work
with Leidich to transition and assist in Davis-Besse activities.
