Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES                                              

Discussion:

On March 31, 2003, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) announced the   
following organization changes in the Nuclear Division and Power         
Generation Division, effective immediately.                              
                                                                         
Mr. William Jefferson Jr., Vice President of Nuclear Operations Support, 
has been named Site Vice President at St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant.     
Mr. Jefferson replaces Mr. Don Jernigan who has accepted a position in   
the technical services area of the Power Generation Division.            
                                                                         
Mr. Terry Jones, Turkey Point Nuclear Plant General Manager, has been    
promoted to Vice President at Turkey Point.
