NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2001-25:  NEI 99-02, Revision 2, Voluntary
Submission of Performance Indicator Data, dated December 12, 2001

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is issuing this regulatory issue
summary to inform power reactor licensees that the NRC has endorsed the
Nuclear Energy Institute's (NEI's), "Regulatory Assessment Performance
Indicator Guideline," NEI 99-02, Revision 2, for addressee use in
collecting and reporting performance indicator data to the NRC.
