Information Notice 2001-08, Supplement 2, "UPDATE ON RADIATION THERAPY

NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2001-22, Attributes of a Proposed no
Significant Hazards Consideration Determination, dated November 20, 2001

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is issuing this regulatory issue
summary (RIS) to provide addressees with guidance on preparing a no
significant hazards consideration (NSHC) analysis for a license amendment
request, as required by Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR)
Sections 50.91 and 50.92.
