NRC Information Notice No. 2001-14 Problems with Incorrectly-Installed
Swing-Check Valves, dated October 3, 2001

The U.S. NRC is issuing this information notice to alert addressees to
swing-check valve problems caused by incorrect installation. It is
expected that recipients will review the information for applicability to
their facilities and consider actions, as appropriate, to avoid similar
problems.
