Subject: PLANT MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Discussion:

Effective July 16, 2001, Paul Fessler, Assistant Vice President - Nuclear
Operations at Fermi 2 will be reassigned as the Director - Monroe Power
Plant (fossil). The current Superintendent of Maintenance at Fermi 2, Don
Cobb, will replace Mr. Fessler, and has a new title, Director - Nuclear
Production.
