licensees to alert them to potential hazards associated with the failure
to maintain accurate inventories of licensed material.

Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Discussion:
On March 28, 2001, Dominion Energy Services announced that, William R.
Matthews, Vice President-Nuclear Operations for Dominion Energy Services,
will become the Senior Vice President - Millstone, following the sale of
the station by Northeast Utilities to Dominion Nuclear Connecticut.
Mr. Matthews, succeeds Mr. Lee J. Olivier, Senior Vice President and
Chief Nuclear Officer-Millstone for Northeast Utilities. Mr. Olivier
will join Entergy Nuclear Northeast, as the Senior Vice President -
Entergy Nuclear Northeast, in its corporate office, based in White
Plains, New York.

STATION, SOUTH CAROLINA ELECTRIC AND GAS (SCE&G) TO RESIGN
Discussion:
On March 28, 2001, SCE&G announced that Mr. Bruce C. Williams, the
General Manager of Nuclear Plant Operations (V. C. Summer Station) will
resign his position effective April 12, 2001. Mr. Williams will join
Exelon Generation as Vice President of Nuclear Oversight. Officials at
SCE&G have not announced a replacement.
