NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2001-03: Changes, Tests, and Experiments,
dated January 23, 2000

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is issuing this regulatory issue
summary (RIS) as guidance to addressees in making the transition to the
requirements of recently amended regulations in Title 10 of the Code of
Federal Regulations, namely, Sections 50.59 and 72.48 (10 CFR 50.59 and
10 CFR 72.48).

Subject: CLINTON POWER STATION NAMES NEW PLANT MANAGER

Discussion:

Mike Heffley, Site Vice President, Clinton Power Station, announced that
Mike Pacilio, Operations Manager at Dresden Station, will be the new
Plant Manager of Clinton Power Station effective within the next week.
Mr. Pacilio replaces Paul Hinnenkamp who resigned last week.
