Subject: Clinton Power Station names new Site Vice President.

Discussion:

On January 6, Jack Skolds, Exelon's Chief Operating Officer of Exelon
Nuclear and the Chief Executive Officer of AmerGen, announced that Mike
Coyle, Site Vice President at Clinton Power Station, will be leaving the
station and the company. Mike Heffley, formerly the Vice President of
Nuclear Oversight for Exelon Nuclear was selected as the new Site Vice
President. The management change is effective immediately.
