SUBJECT: DRAFT REGULATORY GUIDE DG-1094, "FIRE PROTECTION FOR OPERATING NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS"

During the 471st meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, April 5-7, 2000, the Committee considered the subject draft regulatory guide and decided not to review it.

The Committee plans to review the proposed final version of this regulatory guide after reconciliation of public comments. The Committee has no objection to issuing the draft Regulatory Guide for public comment.
