                         2.1) Preview issues for the 114th ACNW Meeting

                         2.2) Finalize agenda for 115th ACNW Meeting, December 14-

                             16, 1999

                         2.3) Plans for the next two Commission meetings:

                         2.4) Review topics for February 2000 and beyond

                               Hierarchy Process and self assessment
