Enforcement Manual Change Notice - Number 6

Change Notice Number 6 was issued July 15, 2020, and added the following Enforcement Guidance Memorandum Attachments to Appendix A:

  • EGM 20-003, "Interim Guidance for Dispositioning Violations of Licensed Material Possession and Use Limits," dated July 15, 2020.

In addition, the following EGMs are being removed from Appendix A because the interim guidance has expired:

  • EGM 12-002, "Dispositioning Violations of Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requirements Implementing the Decommissioning Planning Rule," dated December 20, 2012
