ARC Public Meeting

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff will hold a meeting with representatives from ARC Clean Technology (ARC) to discuss updates to the Regulatory Engagement Plan (REP) and a potential white paper addressing the transition from 10 CFR Part 50 to 10 CFR Part 53 as it pertains to the ARC-100 sodium-cooled fast reactor design. During this meeting, ARC will present information and engage with NRC staff on these key topics to support pre-application discussions.
