Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss the apparent violations identified following an investigation conducted by the NRC’s Office of Investigations between
August 23, 2024, and June 4, 2025, with continued
in-office review through August 20, 2025. This conference
is being held to obtain information to assist the NRC in
making an enforcement decision. The conference will
provide an opportunity for the licensee to provide their
perspective on the facts and findings, and any other
information that they believe the NRC should take into
consideration in making an enforcement decision.
