Purpose
The NRC staff is proposing to issue an Interim Enforcement Policy that will allow NRC staff to exercise enforcement discretion for certain general licensee violations of 10 CFR 72.48 related to their adoption of a change generated by the CoC holder. Public discussion is actively sought.
