Purpose
The purpose of this meeting will be for Xcel Energy to discuss a planned license amendment to revise the Emergency Plans (EP) for Monticello and Prairie Island to create a common Emergency Offisite Response facility. The planned amendment would also propose a common emergency offsite facility.
