Purpose
To discuss, with NEI and members of industry, the regulatory requirements contained in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 40.60 and 10 CFR 70.50 regarding the reporting associated with medical treatment of personnel and unplanned contamination events at fuel cycle facilities, discuss path forward and receive additional clarification on the specific issues originally identified via the NEI 14-14 Regulatory Issue Resolution Protocol process.
