Question 15: Will the reporting criteria of 10 CFR 50.72 and 50.73 have to be changed?

Answer: The necessary changes have been already been made. See "Conforming Amendments," in the May 21, 1991 Federal Register notice on 10 CFR Part 20 et al. (56 FR 23473). Licensee's procedures may have to be changed accordingly.
