This report provides the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission with an overview of the activities, mission, and purpose of the Office of Investigations (OI). The information that follows also details the case inventory, priorities, and highlights of significant cases that OI completed during fiscal year 2025 (see staff requirements memorandum COMJC-89-8, “Reports on the Results of OI Investigations,” dated June 30, 1989).
