Abstract

The regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) require an applicant or licensee to use a Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process for applicable training programs. This document provides guidance to the NRC staff for reviewing training programs at nuclear power plants to verify compliance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, “Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities,” and 10 CFR Part 55, “Operators’ Licenses,” as applicable.
