Abstract

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations require each licensee who is authorized to possess special nuclear material (SNM) or obligated source material to prepare and submit, in computer-readable format, reports concerning SNM received, produced, possessed, transferred, consumed, disposed of, or lost. This NUREG contains the reporting instructions for licensees to follow in making these reports.
