REMARKS:

IMC 2545 (Research and Test Reactor Inspection Program) has been revised in its entirety to include performance based concepts, to change the name from non-power to research and test reactors, and to include provisions for inspection of decommissioning facilities.

IP 39745 (Class I Non-Power Reactor Organization and Operations and Maintenance Activities) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69006.

IP 40745 (Class I Non-Power Reactor Review and Audit and Design Change Functions) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69007.

IP 40755 (Class III Non-Power Reactor Review and Audit and Design Change Functions) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69002.

IP 42745 (Class I Non-Power Reactor Procedures) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69008.

IP 60745 (Class I Non-Power Reactor Fuel Movement) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69009.

IP 61745 (Class I Non-Power Reactor Surveillance) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69010.

IP 69001 (Class II Research and Test Reactors) has been revised to reflect a title change and to update for the revised 10 CFR 50.59.

IP 69002 (Class III Research and Test Reactors) is issued as a replacement to IP 40755, �Class III Non-Power Reactor review and Audit and Design Change Functions.� It now addresses research and test reactors.

IP 69003 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Operator Licenses, Requalification, and Medical Examinations) has been revised to change the name from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69004 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Effluent and Environmental Monitoring) has been revised to change the name from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69005 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Experiments) has been revised to change the name from research to test reactors.

IP 69006 (Class I Research and Test Reactors Organization and Operations and Maintenance Activities) is issued to replace IP 39745, and to change the name from non-power to research test reactors.

IP 69007 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Review and Audit and Design Change Functions) is issued to change name from non-power to research and test reactors and to update for new 10 CFR 50.59.

IP 69008 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Procedures) is issued to replace IP 42745. The name was changed from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69009 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Fuel Movement) is issued to replace IP 60745. The name was changed from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69010 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Surveillance) is issued to replace IP 61745. The name was changed from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69011 (Class I Research and Test Reactor Emergency Preparedness) is issued to replace IP82745. The name was changed from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69012 (Class I Research and Test Reactors Radiation Protection) is issued to replace IP 83743. The name was changed from non-power to research and test reactors.

IP 69013 (Research and Test Reactor Decommissioning) is issued to provide decommissioning inspection guidance for research and test reactors.

IP 82745 (Research Reactor Emergency Plan) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69011.

IP 83743 (Class I Non-Power Reactors Radiation Protection) is deleted. It has been replaced by IP 69012.
