TRAINING:	No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS:	IMC 0305 (Operating Reactor Assessment Program) has been revised to incorporate lessons learned since its initial issuance. Major areas where changes were made include: (1) Adding a definition of a substantive cross-cutting issue, (2) Adding a process for considering old design issues, and (3) Adding examples of when deviations from the Action Matrix should be considered.
