The inspection requirements of this TI have been completed.

TRAINING:	No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS:	IMC 2901 (Team Inspections) has been revised to include the require-ment that an executive summary in plain English be included with each team inspection report. This requirement is in compliance with SECY 99-070. The IMC was also revised to reflect the current organization in NRR.
