Discharge Systems dated January 9, 1981

This letter transmits the staff's Generic Safety Evaluation Report (SER)
Supplment 1 dated January 12, 1981 for your information. The supplement
summarizes the results of our re-evaluation of the interim measures

instrument volume drainage characteristics while an automatic air dump
system is being installed, as required by reference (a).
