The following two interim reports were provided to the NRC by the reference letter pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 21 to submit an interim report on issues that will not be completed within 60 days of discovery: 97-006 "Inadequate Confirmation of 17x17 HTC Correlation to 15x15 Design," and 97-008 "Inadequate Documentation Associated with 17x17 HTC Data Reduction Code (XRAD)." The evaluations related to these two interim reports have been completed and neither evaluation resulted in a 10 CFR 21 reportable defect. Very truly yours, H.
