DIAMOND H TESTING OF POCATELLO, IDAHO, REPORTED TWO DEFECTS      
WITHIN TWO DAYS IN SOURCE CONNECTORS PROVIDED BY INDUSTRIAL      
NUCLEAR CORP OF SAN LEANDRO, CA.  THE PROBLEM IS A DEFECTIVE     
SOURCE CONNECTOR ON A RADIOGRAPHY CAMERA.                        
                                                                 
BALL CONNECTORS BROKE OFF DRIVE CABLES ON 8/25 AND 8/27, 1995.   
IN BOTH INSTANCES THE SOURCES WERE RECOVERED.  THE BREAK SEEMS TO
BE CAUSED BY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE CONNECTOR.  DIAMOND H 
WILL SHIP THE BROKEN PARTS TO INDUSTRIAL NUCLEAR FOR TESTING AND 
EVALUATION.  THIS EVENT WAS ALSO REPORTED TO REGION 4.
