Honeywell Specialty Chemicals has announced that Mitch Tillman will become the new Plant Manager for the Honeywell - Metropolis Works facility on March 3, 2008. Mr. Tillman was most recently was the North America Operations Manager for the Emulsion business for Air Products Corporation and was responsible for managing the Air Products facility in Calvert City, KY.
