On October 21, 2003, Virginia Electric and Power Company announced that Mr. Donald Jernigan, former Florida Power & Light nuclear officer, will be assuming the duties of Director of Operations and Maintenance at North Anna Power Station, effective 11/1/03. He will be assuming the duties of Mr. Jack Davis who will be taking over for Mr. David Heacock as Site Vice President at North Anna effective 12/1/03.
