Discussion:

On June 8, 2003, Entergy Operations, Inc. announced that Mr. Jeff Forbes 
will be the Site Vice President at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station        
effective August 4, 2003.  Mr. George Williams, Acting Site Vice         
President at Grand Gulf, will return to his position as Regional Vice    
President of Operations Support at Entergy Operations, Inc. Headquarters 
in Jackson, Mississippi.
