Discussion:

Exelon Nuclear recently announced the following changes in its plant     
management structure: James von Suskil - transition from Braidwood Site  
Vice President to Corporate (Exelon Nuclear)                             
Mike Pacilio - transition from Clinton Site VP to Braidwood Site VP      
Robert Bement - joins Clinton as Site VP                                 
                                                                         
Exelon newcomer, Robert Bement, has 20 years of experience in nuclear    
power. He was most recently the General Manager at Arkansas Nuclear One  
Station providing overall supervision to both Units. Mr. Bement has a    
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science from the Arkansas         
Technical University and held a Senior Reactor Operators license at      
Arkansas Nuclear One.                                                    
                                                                         
Changes expected to be effective mid-April.
