Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2002-20, "CLARIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS

was issued on November 7, 2002.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued this RIS to all medical
licensees to provide them clarification concerning the requirements under
