Discussion:

On August 7, 2002, the Nuclear Management Company announced that Mark
Warner, the Site Vice-President at Point and Kewaunee, will be leaving
that position. Mr. Warner's last day is August 16. Mr. Fred Cayia, the
current Site Director, will act as Site Vice-President until a successor
is announced.
