Subject: NMC AND PRAIRIE ISLAND ORGANIZATION CHANGES

Discussion:

NMC announced the appointment of Lee Williams, Prairie Island Director of
Engineering, to a new fleet-wide engineering position. In this position,
Mr. Williams will develop options for a fleet approach to design
engineering functions and will assist with initiatives aimed at improving
equipment reliability across the fleet. Mr. Williams will report to Mark
Reddemann and be based in Hudson.

Mr. Williams has been at Prairie Island since October of 2001. Previous
experience includes Engineering Manager at Duke Engineering Services and
Site Engineering Manager at the Tennessee Valley Authority's Browns Ferry
plant in Alabama.

Joe Jensen has been temporarily assigned to the position of Prairie
Island Director of Engineering. Mr. Jensen is currently the Prairie
Island Training Manager. He has held positions at Prairie Island as an
operations instructor, high-level waste project coordinator, and an INPO
loaned employee. Mr. Jensen has a Senior Reactor Operator license. Bob
Gillespie, Operations Training Superintendent, will temporarily fill the
role of Prairie Island training manager.

Discussion:

Effective on June 3, 2002, the Plant Manager of Zion Nuclear Power
Station, Dave Bump, was reassigned as the General Manager of Excelon
Thermal Technologies. Mr. Bump will be based out of Chicago, Illinois. No
replacement has been named at this time. Mr. Bump will continue to
provide oversight until a replacement is named.

Entergy Nuclear Northeast Vice President of Operations for Indian
Point 2, Fred Dacimo, announced June 4, 2002 that Larry Temple, the
General Manager of Plant Operations for Indian Point Unit 2, has accepted
a new assignment with Entergy's business development group.  Paul Rubin,
Operations Manager, has been named as the interim plant general manager.
