Subject: NEW GENERAL MANAGER - PLANT OPERATIONS

Discussion:

Effective 8/20/01, Peter Dietrich became the General Manager - Plant
Operations at Pilgrim Station.  Dietrich has been in a variety of Entergy
positions over the last 10 years, such as the Maintenance Manager of both
units at ANO and Operations Shift Engineer at ANO-1.  Dietrich replaced
Charles Dugger who was temporarily filling in as the General Manager -
Plant Operations.  Dugger has returned to his normal duties as the Vice-
President Operations.
