Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Discussion:

Effective October 1, 2001, Mr. Ron Jones (currently Catawba's Station
Manager) will assume the position of Station Manager at Oconee.  The
Oconee Station Manager position was vacated in late July 2001 when
Mr. Mano Nazar resigned from that position to become the Site Vice
President at Prairie Island Nuclear Station.  Mr. Jones' successor at
Catawba has not been announced.
