Girard, a tubing vendor, reports a nonconformance of tube clamps shipped
to several nuclear power plants.  The tube clamps were marked with the
incorrect part number 3/4-1T-551SS-3D but should have been marked with
the correct part number 3/4-1T-551SS-3D.  Affected nuclear power plants
include Calvert Cliffs, Indian Point, and Point Beach.  Heat codes 81198
and 81199 were the only ones affected.  The vendor states that these
licensees were notified of this error and were requested to return the
clamps for replacement with the correct clamps.  The NRC will post
