Subject: SITE MANAGEMENT CHANGE ANNOUNCED

Discussion:

The site general manager, Mr. Mike Hammer, announced this morning that he
will be leaving in January for a 12-15 month loan assignment to INPO. The
new site general manager will be Mr. Jim Morris, who will be on reverse
loan from INPO for approximately the same duration. Mr. Hammer stated
that this change was part of the Nuclear Management Company's intention
to broaden the experience of management personnel at the company's
various nuclear sites.
