Subject: NORTHEAST NUCLEAR ENERGY COMPANY MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Discussion:

On September 11, 2000, Millstone station announced the following management changes, effective
immediately once an orderly transfer of line responsibilities is
completed:

Steve Scace will be the Master Process Owner (MPO) for Manage the Asset
(engineering), reporting to R. Necci, VP Technical Services.

Robert Lizotte will be the MPO for Assessment (replacing S. Scace), also
reporting to R. Necci.

Mark Biron will be the MPO for Support Services, reporting to
Gene Grecheck, Operations Officer.

Barbara Wilkens will be MPO for Procure Assets, reporting to Ray Necci.

The remaining management team positions that were unchanged by this
reorganization are:

Chris Schwarz, MPO Operate the Asset
Tom Burns, MPO Maintain the Asset
Denny Hicks, MPO Training
Rick Kacich, MPO Manage the Business
Dick Winn, MPO Communications
