Subject: EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Discussion:

On September 6, 2000, the Chief Nuclear Officer for Millstone, Lee
Olivier, announced the selection of the two Millstone officers who will
lead the organization through the planned transfer of ownership to
Dominion, currently projected to be in the April 2001 time frame. Raymond
P. Necci, currently Vice President of Nuclear Technical Services, will
become Vice President Technical Services under the new Dominion-owned
organization.  Gene Grechek, currently site vice president of Dominion's
Surry Nuclear Station in Virginia, will serve as Operations Officer until
Dominion takes ownership next year, at which time he will become Vice
President Generation.
