Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT DRESDEN NUCLEAR STATION

Discussion:

On February 4, 2000, the licensee announced the following management
changes: Dresden Nuclear Station's Operations Manager, Robert Fisher,
became Station Manager. In addition, Mike Pacilio, currently serving on
the Unicom/PECO Nuclear Integration Design Team, will return to Dresden
as the new Operations Manager.

Mr. Fisher has been Operations Manager for about 1 year, and served
previously as Dresden's Maintenance Manager.

Mr. Pacilio was Dresden's Outage/Work Control Manager before joining the
Integration Design Team.
