Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGE
Discussion:
On January 31, 2000, Florida Power Corporation announced that Mr. Danny
Roderick, current Director, Nuclear Engineering and Projects, will
replace Mr. Chip Pardee as Director, Nuclear Plant Operations. Mr. Pardee
has accepted the Site Vice President position at another Nuclear Station.
This management change will become effective in the next few weeks.

Subject: New Site Vice President Named at LaSalle County
Nuclear Generating Station
Discussion:
On January 31, 2000, Commonwealth Edison announced that Jeffrey Benjamin,
the current LaSalle Site Vice President, has accepted the position of
Vice President, Nuclear Acquisitions, in the Commonwealth Edison
corporate office. In this capacity, Mr. Benjamin will represent
Commonwealth Edison in reviewing PECO and AmerGen acquisition and
development plans.
Charles D. "Chip" Pardee has accepted the LaSalle County Nuclear
Generating Station Site Vice President position. Mr. Pardee comes to
ComEd from Florida Power Corporation's Crystal River Unit 3 where he
served as Director, Nuclear Plant Operations. Prior to managing Crystal
River Unit 3, he was Operations Manager at Carolina Power and Light's
Brunswick Nuclear Plant. Mr. Pardee is a graduate of the United States
Merchant Marine Academy and has earned Senior Reactor Operator licenses
at Brunswick and Nine Mile Point.
These management changes are scheduled to occur on February 28, 2000.
