Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Discussion:

It was announced that Mr. Randy Hutchinson, Vice President, Operations,
at Arkansas Nuclear One, will be reassigned to the Entergy corporate
office in Jackson, Mississippi.  His new position will be Vice President
of Business Development and Acquisition.

Replacing Mr. Hutchinson will be Craig Anderson.  Mr. Anderson is
currently the General Manager, Plant Operations, at Arkansas Nuclear One.
It is currently anticipated that a replacement for Mr. Anderson will be
selected within two weeks.
