Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Discussion:

On January 21, 2000, Florida Power and Light Company announced management
changes in the Nuclear Division.  Two nuclear division vice presidents
will change positions effective January 24, 2000.  Mr. Raj Kundalkar,
currently Vice President-Nuclear Engineering, will become Vice President
at St. Lucie.  Mr. Art Stall, currently Vice President at St. Lucie, will
become Vice President-Nuclear Engineering.
