Discussion:

The licensee announced that effective on December 10, 1999, Mr. Joe
Pollock, Director of Performance Assurance and acting Plant Manager, has
been assigned as permanent Plant Manager. Mr. Tom Noonan, previously the
Plant Manager, was named Restart Director.
